Newspaper-Pocono Record. Population, 1,200. Named after Irad Hawley, first president of the Pennsylvania Coal Company. Fun Area to visit. Attractions of interest include , Ritz Theater and The Dorflinger Glass Museum. The Museum also features each summer the Famous Wildflower Music Festival that has had such artists are Arlo Guthrie, Peter Paul and Mary, and many others. Nearby is Beach Lake's' fun Carousel Park, a one price for all Family Fun Park. If you are interested in antiques be sure to check out Hawley Antiques Exchange. Places to eat include Joe and Lorenzos Italian. Try their Chicken dishes, they are great! Lange's Restaurant and the restaurant at Old Mill Stream.
